Who I Am

I am an International Coaching Federation-trained coach who comes along side individuals dealing with issues impacting their lives, including career, family, and relationships. I also work with clergy who are dealing with ministry-related issues which may—or may not—be impacting their lives outside ministry, and congregations in transition in terms of their mission, vision, and/or ministries.

I have been in parish ministry as Pastor and Head of Staff for over 20 years, serving congregations in Texas and Colorado. I also have 15 years experience in higher education teaching and administration and have worked as a communication consultant to entities as diverse as Austin (TX) Comprehensive Hospice and YSL, Yleisradio Oy (which is to Finland what the BBC is to Great Britain). I also have specialized training in counseling psychology and transitional ministry.

I live in Longmont, Colorado at the foot of the glorious Rocky Mountains. I enjoy reading, music, cycling, and watching the Chicago Cubs.
